ZUROVA RETURN POLICY

  • At Zurova, we’ll gladly accept faulty (damaged or defective) merchandise purchased for return
  • We only accept the returns against the faulty product if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items that are returned must be unwashed and unworn with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Accessories and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags should be included with your return
  • On receipt of any unidentified returns, it may be returned to the sender
  • Please do not accept any unsealed orders at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
  • Any item received by us that are not in accordance with the conditions mentioned above, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No reimbursement will be made in this case.
  • All custom made orders cannot be returned.
  • The entire refund amount will be credited to your “Zuro Wallet” which can be used whenever you shop with us next time. You can check the credit amount at any time by clicking on ‘My Account’ on visiting ‘www.zurova.com’.
  • Instead of obtaining a refund you could exchange a faulty item. However, the replacement will be made for the same product in the same size, depending on its availability. We will offer to repair faulty items, where possible.
  • You will be notified, about the status of return, within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
  • The amount will be refunded in the "Zuro Wallet" between 48-72 hours from the date of receiving the item

ZUROVA EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Once products are sold, no refund will be provided. They can only be exchanged if the terms and conditions are met.
  • Courier the product to the shipping address mentioned on the parcel at your expense
  • Since we maintain a limited inventory we may not have all sizes available at all times. In such situations, your “Zuro Wallet” will be credited with the entire amount. You can utilize the credit amount whenever you shop with us next time.
  • Conditions that are applicable to return of goods will also be applicable to exchange of goods.

INITIATING RETURN

To return an item, please contact our customer care team either by calling on 7535035550 between 10am-7pm IST any day of the week or by e-mailing us at 'customercare@zurova.com'. The following information should be kept ready before you call us or should be mentioned in your request email –

  • Order Number
  • Registered E-Mail Id
  • Product Name

Please re-pack the items to be returned along with original tags & packaging material that they were shipped with. Ensure that all the details are filled in the Return Form accurately and dropped inside the packet. Click here to download the Return Form.

We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. Courier the product to the shipping address mentioned on the parcel
